How We Are Paid

Your initial consultation is free.  If you require reassurance please visit www.unbiased.co.uk where you can obtain a voucher to bring along to the first meeting.

We operate in the same way that many other professionals such as solicitors do in that your initial meeting is free.

Having assessed your needs at the initial meeting; should you wish to proceed with our recommendations, we can be paid in one of the following ways:

• Fee.
• Commission - This is paid by the product provider for introducing the business to them.  We will always disclose the amount being paid to us by the provider.
• Fee and commission - our services can also be paid by a combination of the two. 

Typically we are paid by commission from the lender. Alternatively, you may choose to pay us a fee which will usually be 0.35% of the loan (£100,000 loan = £350)
